This was my very first attempt at a portrait, done in my style, & I'm completely over the moon with how this turned out.

I am so incredibly proud of how this turned out, & obviously so, so grateful for the trust afforded by my fantastic client (who came all the way from Seattle to see me 🖤) She also wanted it in a challenging spot, & sat like a total champ for it 🏆
The photo didn't really pick up the pop of yellow-olive-blue we put in the eyes 💛💚💙
Can't wait to see it healed, & get another crack at adding some texture/dimension during the touch up session!

Lots going on lately so I'm extra behind on posting, but here's one of the incredible projects I had the honour of creating for my amazing client, A. I'm beyond in love with how this turned out 🖤
In particular, I've been super busy preparing for the Fraser Valley Tattoo & Culture Show @vancouvertattooshow at the end of the month - can't wait to show you all I've got in store for that... Stay tuned!

This month marks a full year @ink.and.skin.studio & I still can't believe I get to draw on people for a living. I am so grateful for every single client who's trusted me with their skin & I will always strive to continue pushing myself & my art forward every day 🖤
Special thanks to @tasha.inkandskin for being one of the most supportive, encouraging & genuine humans I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She's been my cheerleader & my sounding board since the beginning, & I'm so excited to be along for the ride as she builds her empire 🌿
